  • All seals and security features must be unbroken
  • Received within 14 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Postage

You are responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS the product arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. In those cases, we will arrange and pay for return postage.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  2. Process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return
  3. Issue the refund to your original payment method

If you paid by card to the courier (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be credited to that card. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund:

  • Items received after the 14-day period
